Product overview

HSR-618Y is a solvent-based polyurethane spray adhesive for nylon, wood, PVC and other compatible substrates. It provides strong adhesion, flexibility and a matte finish after curing. The original TDS also lists fabrics, foam, leather, metal hardware, plastics and TPU films. Evaluate adhesion on the actual substrate before production.

Specification note: the original TDS lists solids content of 35 ± 2%, while the SDS lists prepolymer content of 40 ± 2%. Confirm the applicable specification with our technical team before use. Refer to the SDS for safety and handling information.

Fast drying. High initial tack. HSR-6280 is an anionic water-based polyurethane dispersion spray adhesive for multi-material bonding. The supplied TDS describes high solids, strong cohesion, water resistance and yellowing resistance, supporting demanding furniture, loudspeaker, automotive interior and leather goods assemblies.

Recommended substrate families include foam, fabrics, PVC leather, XPE, PU foam and nonwoven materials. Verify adhesion on the actual substrate grade and surface treatment. Allow 10–30 minutes of flash-off before joining and pressing; the supplied TDS reports best tensile strength after approximately 24 hours.

Automotive & transport interior wrapping

Application areas include seat foam wrapping, door panel trim, dashboards, armrests, headliners and spare-wheel cover boards. The same application direction extends to high-speed rail and coach interiors, subject to the applicable material and assembly requirements.

Selection requirements: heat resistance, low odor and automotive-grade VOC control. Confirm the required temperature range, odor limits and VOC test methods with the customer, and validate the actual adhesive grade and completed assembly against those requirements.

Fast drying. Excellent initial tack. HSR-6010 is a water-based chloroprene spray adhesive designed for efficient bonding of foam, fabric, leather and selected multi-material assemblies. Its fast-drying formulation and excellent initial tack allow materials to be positioned approximately 1 minute after spraying, supporting efficient upholstery, loudspeaker covering and automotive interior assembly. Actual positioning time depends on temperature, humidity, spray coverage and substrate.

The approximately 1-minute figure refers to early material positioning, as confirmed by the supplier. The supplied TDS specifies a 10–30 minute flash-off period before joining; validate the selected bonding process on the actual materials. The supplied TDS reports best tensile strength after approximately 24 hours.

Suitable substrates include foam, leather, PU leather, fabric, wood and selected PVC, PP and ABS grades. Verify surface preparation and adhesion on the actual materials, especially low-surface-energy plastics.
