Application & handling

1. Prepare clean, dry, oil-free substrates and provide adequate extraction.
2. Check the spray gun and air line for blockages and moisture. Spray evenly from 25–35 cm using a fine mist.
3. Allow 1–3 minutes of flash-off, then align accurately and apply suitable pressure. Complete bonding within 3–5 minutes at room temperature.
4. Cure depends on temperature and humidity. The source TDS states approximately 70–80% cure after 12 hours; assess final properties after 2–3 days.
5. Reseal the drum promptly. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Test actual substrates and consult the TDS/SDS before use.
